Saturday 7am-12pm, 3pm-7pm
Sunday 7am-12pm, 3pm-7pm
Grooming Hours are separate from regular kennel operations.

Do you charge extra to administer medication to my pet?

There is no additional charge for giving medications to your pet. Also, we tailor your pet's medication requirements to your preference/instruction or follow Doctor's recommendation.

What time is pickup or drop off for my pet?

You can drop off anytime during normal business hours. However, we always appreciate a quick phone call for a heads up ahead of dropping your pet off. This gives us adequate time to ensure we're prepped to best accommodate your pets. For Pickup, we just ask that you arrive before or no later than 10:30 AM to retrieve your pet. We ask this because we typically have another pet arriving for a reservation in the kennel that your pet was just occupying, so we need an appropriate amount of time to clean & prep that space for our next arriving guest. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this policy. We do understand that sometimes things come up and it is not possible to make it by the pickup deadline. If you have a complicated situation that requires you to leave your dog a little later beyond 10AM then just give us a call to communicate your needs & we will do our best grant your pet a later check out time at no additional charge to you. For afternoon pickups, please arrive between 4 and 6:30 PM.

Can I bring my pet's food or do you feed them during their stay?

We encourage you to bring your pet's typical food so that they maintain their regular diet while staying with us. However, we do offer kennel dry food at an additional $5 per day for your pet if needed. We use Hill Science Diet brand, which we believe, is a very good quality of food for most pets.
